  • Shipping Info

    All products purchased from Red Door Creations will be shipped to the supplied delivery address within 1-7 working days of purchase and payment received and confirmed in our bank account depending on your location.


    Goods are sent at your own risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. We cannot be held responsible in case of theft or loss by the courier.


    HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?


    Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the items purchased  on all orders throughout South Africa.

     

    WHO WILL WE SHIP YOUR ORDER WITH?

    All purchases will be shipped locally with The Courier Guy or Pudo door to locker, unless stated otherwise.


    Please note that The Courier Guy will only deliver to a physical address and not a Postal address in the case of a Pudo delivery you will be notified before hand of the locker number and all details to access the locker, please see Pudo's terms and conditions regarding the time frame for collecting your items from the locker.

     

    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1 working day.


    We will not be liable for any damages or loss of goods being delivered via the courier service's provided

  • Return & Refund Policy

    At Red Door Creations.


    We offer a 7 days return policy, If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


    No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the items original packaging has been opened or damaged

    The provision of goods and services by Red Door Creations is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days.


    Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a administration fee.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


    Used Items will not be considerate for any refund at all


    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds when applicable:


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund


    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


    Exchanges when applicable


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

    Used Items do not apply for exchanges or refunds.


    Gifts


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    To return your product, you should courier your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
